- Information you give us. If you book a call or submit a form, we collect what you provide: name, email, phone, company name, and your message.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools that collect device and usage data: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), browser and device type, referral source, and interactions with the site.

This site uses the following third-party tools, each of which may set cookies or use similar technologies:
- Google Analytics 4 — site usage and traffic measurement (Google privacy policy).
- Meta Pixel — ad measurement and audience building for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising (Meta privacy policy).

- Ads: manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings, or opt out of interest-based ads at aboutads.info.

- Email: every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link; you can also email us and we'll remove you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email travis@northlinemarketing.agency — we respond to verified requests within 30 days.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, then delete it. Analytics data is retained per each tool's default retention settings.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted prominently.
